I think that's a pretty good deal. I just got a 09 with 31k miles with premium and sport package, no Mac and an automatic for 25,857. I did a search across the us tho and had the best deal shipped to me.

thanks for the reply bro. was that with taxes and everything included? I did a quick calc and would arrive at around 29 k out the door. Unless they drop some unnecessary bs fees onto my total, I will likely get the car this weekend.

no. that was without taxes. they applied a $150 dealer fee if i am remember correctly and the taxes were $780ish i believe. i also paid $700 to have it shipped to me. If Nav is very important to you then it seems like a good deal. For some reason, that nav option jacks up the price on the G37s even though from factory it was only 1,200 i thought. it is nice to have but ive been wow'd by the new garmins and need one so i gave up the nav feature and saved a few grand. good luck tho. post pics if you get it

Hey man. They called me back again today. Car is 27,500. Tax rate is 8.875 % in NY. Then there are the plates. Additionally, they told me that there are the bank fees (595) and a preparation fee (795). I'm not sure if these fees are legit? Any thoughts?

lol. the 800 prep fee does seem a bit shady. but then again, does the bank fee really cost to 600 bucks? i'm going tomorrow with a check for down payment and will try to see if they will budge on those fees. Even with those fees, is 31 k a bad deal for this car? I want this car and they know it so I am at a huge disadvantage .

You should ask them for details on the bank fee, it sounds like bull**** too.

When I got a used car from the stealership, I only paid for the car.

That is completely absurd. I did not pay any of these fees nor would I have. That is a high tax rate as well. I only paid 3%. I know you love the car, but things keep adding up. for 31, i think you can get a better deal. I mean, for the bank fee alone, you can do a search across the US and find a better deal and have it shipped to you like i did. Just make sure you arent make a deal based on your heart and feelings.

I got the car fellas. I knocked down another 200 and made throw in a detailing session and an oil change. I think I did pretty well for someone who's pretty bad at negotiating.

Next things that I want to do next: change fog lights, gtr style tail lights, tints, and iron man headlights.

Any tips on any of those above?

Thanks! Am super excited about this car!!!
