Lease take-over of 2011 g37s coupe...good deal?

I know nothing about leasing and I know there are a lot of things that go into it, but this is the info I have. A guy is getting out of a lease with 21 months left and 33k miles left (about 1500 miles a month). On my end it's $515 a month and no money down. I believe the car is loaded. It currently has only 3k miles on it. Is that enough info for you guys to give me an informed opinion? I looked around and similar cars for sale are going for about $38k. Thanks in advance for any help.

with the epic deals Nissan is pushing right now on 18 month residuals and money factors, you can get into a NEW 2012 for less than that......

515 a month is not worth it, u can go to Infiniti now with the current lease deals they have and can probably get a brand new one for less than that

I just got a 100% loaded 2013 G37S sedan for $495/month, including 7% GA tax.

This is for a 24 month, 12k/year, 0 down, free first month. So, 23 payments of $495 and I'm done. This is also with oil changes included.
