Im currently leasing a 2011 g37x coupe with approximately 22 months left of the lease. I was stunned when I found out that a dealer near me is offering a lease for a FX35 for $369/month with $850 down. Is it possible for me to swap my current lease for the FX35 without any penalties?

^6 there is no penalty, essentially you take your residual value, add the remaining payments and that is your payoff. The you take trade in value and look at payoff and that is the difference you have to pay. there is no "penalty" Also I would look at the details for that FX deal, just to be sure, I am assuming there is a little more to the down payment, such as DMV.
