Hi everyone. I'm new here and trying to take advantage of the current 18 month lease offers to get into a G37X sedan. The numbers on this offer just don't seem to add up for me, so I was hoping someone could review what I have and tell me if I am correct to think the payment should be lower.

G37X sedan with Premium, Navigation, and Sport packages. Also has the illuminated door sills and trunk cargo and first aide stuff.

Term: 18 months
mileage: 12,000 per year
MSRP: $44,405
Sale Price: $39,955
Residual: $34,935.90
MF: 0.00028
Upfront money: $603 (first month + fees)

Base payment: $356.34
Tax: $35.63 (based on 10% PA tax)

Total payment: $391.97

The lease calculator I have puts the payment closer to $340 a month, so something seems off to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

They could do a bit better on the price. I would try to get another 1,000 off which would lower the payment by $50/month. They are hiking up the money factor some (it should be .00001) but I wouldn't complain too much, however they should honor 38,500 with that money factor.
