How is this lease deal?
2012 G37xs w/nav, prem, sport, illuminated kickplates, truck cargo kit - Truecar target price is $40,882. My purchase price is $39,600. The money factor is 0.00041, lease term is 39 months, $0 down, residiual value is 57%.
They calculated my monthly payment to be $428.62. I can't quite back into this based on the terms above I get to around $413 per month.
My out of pocket is $1,300 which is for bank fee, document fee, registration, plus first month for a total of $1,728.62
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

it's a good deal, your getting way below invoice on yoru car, your getting buy rate on the money factor, so not sure how it is debatable. Also to mention onlince calculators for leases are inaccurate when not used properly, if you are equating the down in the calculator as what you are putting down then that is where your numbers are off as the online calcs take the number you put in for down and apply it to cap reduction and not for the title/first month etc.
Many times they "roll" in things that you are technically paying. For example. They put the entire cost into the finance (including what they are saying is the "drive offs" and then take the them off after they figure tax and interest.
The online calcs are accurate, more so when you are given all the information. But to me if you're $15 off which $585 above what they really told you..but in the end I feel if they are within $10 let them make some money. Or just say "I'll take the deal for $410/month as it sits" and see what they say.
