Thumbs up My experience with Berman Infiniti of Chicago

With all the money infiniti was throwing around at the end of the year I figured it would be a good time to look at getting a new car.

Everyone on the forums locally raved about their experience with Fields infiniti so I stopped up there to see what kinda deal they could work out. I did my research 1st, I had my truecar quote, value of my current vehicle, current inventory & lease rates I was looking for. Needless to say I was extremely dissapointed at the bs they tried to throw at me. $780+ (which included negative equity from my trade but thats still insane.)

Without naming anyone or bad mouthing dealerships, I can honestly say Berman Infiniti has earned my business from now on. They beat every quote I had recieved up to that point which includes, (Fields, Hoffman Estates, Motorwerks & Orland park). The deal came down to the wire and they ended up doing a dealer trade for a car out of state. The managing partner Chris Zammer personally worked out my deal and stayed late 940pm on the phone with me negotiating on the car. (Its rare to see a partner stay later than his employees)

The service department there is great as well, ive know Joel (Service Manage) for several years. His guys did a great job removing my wheels & brakes, packaging them up nicely for me to pick up. He always takes good care of his customers....

Im in the process of getting them on board with aftermarket parts, hopefully we will have another mod friendly dealership in the area.

If anyone is looking for a deal on a car ( local or not ) PM me and I will let Chris know your a referral from me.

Please elaborate on the removing wheels/brakes parts? You traded in your old car without wheels/brakes?

No, I had them remove my bbk & install the stock back on. I felt comfortable enough to let them do it. And they took good care of things...

I see. So these toys will go on the new car then, or are already on the new car?

Labor part of the deal?

Sorry for my late reply had a busy weekend.

I dont have the deal in front of me but it came out to:

Sale $39,458
MSRP $44,585
Miles 18,000
Term 39
Taxes rolled in
Out of Pocket $1000

I rolled over a lot of negative equity (unfortunetly) I will never buy again!

With all the incentives at the end of the year & loyalty cash I ended up $200 a month less than what fields quoted me.

You cant beat that!

Infiniti of Lisle. On my fourth car from them, and no one in the Chi area has beat them on all four occasions.
