I found a 2011 G37x coupe with premium, 10k a year 24 months 375 a month zero down. That sounds real good to me.

Again, Nissan/Inifiniti are going to give the best lease rates. Also what happens is that leasing companies are solely in it to make money. So there are no deals at the end of the lease, and they WILL ding you for every penny. Go and work with Infiniti.

Sure they can lease it the same, at the end you'll see the difference. There are no PULL AHEADS or even forgiveness on miles if you want to lease again.

Go with Infiniti.

Ok leasing companies are in it for the money? Let me break it down for you real quick. The dealer has a quota he needs to fill, he has a price set for him at which he can "sell" the car, and he probably would like to make some commission. The leasing company has a set price as well but it's much lower than the dealer, and if the leasing company can't make the sale they don't eat. They don't sell parts etc.

dealer = dealer cut, dealership cut, car markup
Leasing company= dealer transfer fee, leasing cut

Leasing companies will always have a better price, that is if your not a moron, and you know how to talk prices. They can usually give the car to you for much less because they don't have a quota or a dealership breathing down their neck..

You obviously went to either "easy leasing" or some other leasing company that doesn't care about your business. If you would have went to another "fresh and up coming" place they would have beat the dealer by at least $20 a month because they need to put you in that car.

Are you joking? The dealership has NOTHING to do with the pull ahead progs, that comes directly from corporate.
Mileage forgiveness? That comes from INFINITI North America as well not the stealership...
The only mileage forgiveness a dealer will give you is he will jack up your price on your next lease to compensate for the money lost on your current vehicle.

Please do your research...

If you don't mind me asking what leasing company did you go to?
Also what month did you get your car? What are you paying for your maxi?

July 2010
322 a month 3k Out of pocket
SV Sport/Technology $39,090 MSRP

I went to VIP Auto on Hylan, called almost every place in Brooklyn, gave me the same prices. One of them even told me that getting a Sport Maxima would cost me more bc its "rare" Lmaooo what a retard, thinks Im that stupid. Maximas are much cheaper now for 2011 but when i got it those were the prices I was getting from dealers and Leasing companies, so I went to a dealer.

You are obviously there to help your friends. EVERY dealer of mine always showed me bank lease programs. If the manufacturer doesn't want to give good lease deals there is a reason for it. Lease a car that does lease well.

If you actually know what you're doing you can't get "ripped off" there's laws against hiding costs and money. Learn them. Don't trust the dealer...or some "lease company" we're all out to make money.

The manufacturer SUBSIDIZES leases, it's a form of marketing and a calculated loss. NO car is worth 61% at the end of 3 years. Infiniti tells me my car is...they can try selling it for that at the end.

Your lease company will base it on more realistic rates because in the end THEY own the car and can't eat cost. Argue all you want, if a car doesn't lease well...don't do it.

And of course dealers have quotas, they deal on bulk levels and have to sell a certain amount to maintain their discount and price structure. And this is again, why dealer will have better pricing...but not for the moron who walks off the street. And the same holds true with "leasing companies"

You're right, don't take the easy route...learn how a lease works and get a good deal.

Let me break it down for you real quick....keep in mind i do not know your selling price on the maxima and if taxes are in your payments (you might wanna check it out in the contract)

July lease rates for the maxima are as follows
2010 Nissan Maxima SV
36-month | 15k miles | residual 52% | .00047 base money factor

Now lets say you did 10k miles a year, then add 3% to the residual (2010 Nissan Lease Rates – July 2010)
2010 maxima SV sport with technology
36 month lease
10k miles a year
MF - .00047
MSRP - $39,160 (2011 price)
Selling Price - $35,736 (invoice) (2011 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SV Price With Options)
initial payment (bank fee, DMV + cap reduction) - $3,000
Monthly Payment - $425 with tax in payment
Monthly Payment - $383 with taxes upfront ($1,357)

To get to your payment of $322 it will be $6,504 Initial Payment

So i call BS on your deal....sorry

$477/month + tax

Without knowing residuals and going too far in-depth, does it seem like a fair deal?

Thanks in advance!
Did you pull the trigger? What dealer was this btw Coconut Creek, South Motors?

Absolutely right, down go with them. There are so many hidden stuff going on that you will find out later!
