Car Salesman/Looking for the best deal?? PLEASE HELP

I think that is what is happening with me. I created my own lease calculator (for 36 and 39 month terms) and some of these deals don't add up. The car I'm looking at will be $405/month (36 month) if I get it for 1500 under invoice and I put 1000 down on top of first month and fees (which equals about 1700). That's a MSRP of 47275 and a cap of 41849. If I got that deal I would be thrilled. Unfortunately no local dealers are playing ball so I'm looking at paying invoice and around 450/month.

If it wasn't for chico, I wouldn't have the #'s I wanted to see with a G37xS with prem, navi, & sport & spoiler....the man means well...a real good source to have on these forums & a real good asset...

Finally got my deal done.... only took 3 weeks LOL
My MSRP was 42620 i got them to sell me the car for 38500 and then i had the 1000 loyality on top of that. So my cap was 37500 12k miles .00111 MF and 61% (12k miles) I paid $1700 out of pocket ( first payment, acc fee, doc fee, tags) and my payment is $407 with tax. $500 below invoice before the loyality $1500 below with loyality. Not a bad deal.

With the numbers you provided your payments should be $398 a month (9.1% sales tax included.) I thought you wanted 15K, which would put you above $400, but with 12K your residual increases and your payments fall below $400.
