1dr---I'm not too sure how much the regional differences are (don't know where you're located), but if I were to purchase your car here in So Cal I would expect to pay around $36,000, maybe slightly less. Make a counter offer of a grand less than quoted and see what happens? Present the same offer to a couple other dealers.
