didn't notice it was a sedan

even still finding this hard to believe, since the sedan has a 58% residual and the coupe has a 64% residual.

That is what I paid. The $3,000 included the $1,000 dealer rebate that it kept, so I paid $3,000 out of pocket at signing. It included first month payment, tax, TT&L, and my first month payment is on 10/1/2010.

I closed the deal on 8/31, so I guess the dealership wanted to make a sale at month's end.

You got somewhat ripped off. I got my car 1500 out of pocket + another 1k for having a car currently registered for 460 a month. Sport Premium Journey.

I got the 2010 G37 sedan with Prem/Nav/Sport (MSRP $41,415) last month for $400/month for a 36mo/15k lease.

My drive off included 9 MSDs, reg/title, tax on dealer incentive, plus a small down/cap reduction of $181 so I can get my even monthly payment amount. My money factor was the base IFS amount for October with 57% residual.

That 325 a month for the g37 sedan is a great deal. I got my 2010 Maxima SV w/Sport and Navigation for 322/month with 3k down. the MSRP on my car is $39,090. I can't believe that you got a g37 fully loaded for the same price as my Maxima, technically not fully loaded, since I dont have the dual panel moonroof.
