Purchase Advice

All, I am in the market for a 2010 g37 coupe. I am located in Arizona and have been working with two dealers to secure one of the last available 2010 g37 coupe sports pkg available in the combination that I am looking for. I am seeking a white or black on graphite 6MT with Premium(standard in 2010) Nav and Tech Packages. the dealers here all seem to be locating the same two cars and offering me 44.5k on the one with tech and 43,125 on the one without Tech. I offered 42,500 on the latter but the dealer doesn't seem to want to budge. Both of the located cars are quite a ways from AZ. Do you all think this is a good deal? What should I offer them? Do you think I can obtain a better price on a 2011 model?

Look up what discounts on the car are available at New Cars, Used Cars, Car Reviews and Pricing - Edmunds.com and it should also tell you what other people are paying.
