I just pre-ordered a 2011 G37 Journey Sedan.. Should arrive at my doorstep on January 15th. Now I'm reading some crap on R&T about the 2011 models being drastically different???? Not sure what to think about that. Infiniti has never really made a bad performing/looking car, but I kind of figured my car would be essentially the same as a 2010..

Oh well, can't do anything about it so I guess I'll have to just wait until the official release!

 

They won't be 'drastically' different but they did redesign some of the body styling and things for the 2011. I think it will be similar in the differences between the 09-10 models. So I wouldn't worry too much

 

Yeah... differences will be subtle, not drastic. as hispeed said, I think it will be similar to the differences between the 09-10 models as well.

 

curious why you ordered a car 6 months in advance ..did you get some crazy deal?

 

for 2011 sedans......the differences arent cosmetic....they already facelifted the 2010 models.....the only changes are in colors and options....so dont worry.

the cosmetic changes are for coupes

 

You are not Stupid, you are indeed crazy for preordering 6 months in advance. I mean is this car in high demand ?

I thought about pre ordering Starcraft 2, but I didn't I just picked up one today at local store..
