Just bought a 2010 G37XS
I just got a 2010 G37XS Blue Slate/graphite intereior with shodo trim, primium, sport, Nav, First aid kit, splash guards, and trunk mat and net for $38,368. MSRP was $42,380. I'm adding the front Chin for $418, spoiler for $575 and midnight black grill for $340.

Congrats! You will certainly enjoy it. As for the pricing, at least in my area, you can get a $1200 better deal similar to what I just got through Zag.com. They list the same configuration you got as follows:
MSRP: $42,380
Invoice: $38,864
Zag price offer: $37,164
Your area may be different (i.e. less competition among dealers), so enjoy the car. You got a pretty decent price below invoice.
