So My 0635 Coupe is coming to an end in 2 months but I wanted to get the ball rollin' on what cars I can option for next, one of them being the G37 Coupe.

I'm looking for G37S Premium + Nav + Sport, 2008 or 2009, it doesn't matter, or maybe it does. I'll be going to Ray Catena Edison, NJ to secure some sort of deal or see what's good

But what can I expect? What can I negotiate, meaning from how much off of MSRP or even invoice?

i'm not that far from NJ where you are but the rates for the G37 coupe right now will be in the high $500 range depending on how much you do put down.
