G37 Coupe - Wheat Interior? Pros/Cons

I have a very good offer on a new 2008 G37 but it has the Wheat interior.

Numerous people I've talked to have recommended to avoid it since over time, it will show the dirt no matter how well you keep it detailed. If I purchase a new G37, I plan to keep it 5-7 years.

I went to the Dallas Auto Show this weekend to look at the Infinitis. Some of the cars on display had a wheat interior. You could see all the scuff marks from people getting in/out of the cars on display where is was barely noticable on the graphite interior.

I know it's a personal preference but what has everyone's experience been? Grpahite vs Wheat Interior?

I love my graphite interior. Except for the bubble in the seat that i along with some other people got, which the dealership replaced under warranty, the graphite is easy to keep looking clean and maintain. I also personally just like the look of the graphite over the wheat more. I think it also depends on what the exterior color is of the car.

The wheat is not a bad look but yes you will have to keep on top of the detailing. I have a stone interior in my QX and I've tried the mr clean magic eraser method to detailing, which helps a lot

Wheat interior will show dirt much more, be harder to clean and keep clean, show more wear, and it just doesn't look as good as the Stone or Graphite IMO. Don't do it.
