Help with interior lighting

So I installed a led kit for my 2011 g37 sedan and it worked perfect yesterday but didn't do the vanity lights (mirror light) on drivers side so today I went ahead and took out the bulb for the mirror witch is a 12v bulb and added the wrong led light and all my other lights went off seemed like it affected all the interior lights, now they won't turn on due to me putting the wrong led on so what may have happened or the fix to this issue? If anyone know I would appreciate it

Help with interior lighting

Well so i tried to take my battery off and now the stupid socket fell in the battery box and nowhere to be found lol I completely can't do anything under the hood what's so ever, all my other cars I exchanged batteries like no other and I have issues with taking this one off. I wish I wouldn't of messed up the lighting and the fuse box I don't have tools to check it with or volt meters either so Ima have to pay someone unfortunately :-(

Just go check your fuses...should be one called room lamp or something. Pick up a circuit tester and learn how to use it, you'll thank yourself later.
