i understand INVOICE but that is around the invoice price with all the stupid add on give or take a few hundred r whatever but what i am asking is since its almost 09 and the g37 has been out for almost a year should i be asking for UNDER invoice by a lot or is that a good enough price....need to get car asap

It's not bad, but you should be able to get it lower. I was offered $38,995 for an identical car about a month ago.
