Good deal?

I've been contacting a few dealers in the area, and this seems like the best deal to me. I've relied on this forum for a lot of advice, so I was hoping you guys could tell me if this truely is a good deal. Thanks alot!

I bought that exact same car, minus the kickplates, in May. Mine was used w/ ~2K miles on it, and the final selling price was $35K. I have no clue about all the finance/lease charges, but $39.5K seems like a pretty good price.

Looks pretty good to me. You could probably negotiate a few hundred more off the sale price if you pushed, but it otherwise looks fine.
