2008 G37 Journey Quote

Hello all,

Here is the quote I received on a 2008 G37 Coupe:
Invoice MSRP
2008 G37 Coupe $32,780.00 $35,000.00
NAV (U01) $1,896.00 $2,200.00
Premium Plus Package (P01) $2,757.00 $3,200.00
Sport Package (S01) $1,595.00 $1,850.00
Illuminated Kick Plates (P930 $270.00 $330.00
Rear Spoiler(R100 $474.00 $550.00
Destination $815.00 $815.00
Total $40,808.00 $44,910.00

Selling Price is: $41,608.00
39 months lease with 10k/year

$434.99 per month including 8.9% sale tax

Is this a good deal? I'm in a currently lease on an Audi that will not expired until 10/11/08. Should I wait till October? Will the MF and residual go up?

Thanks all

David

No one has replied to you? I hope you haven't bought yet. Just an FYI, Don't wait til October, wait til LATE september. And no, thats not a good price, thats $800 over invoice. If you want to settle, NO MORE than $200 over invoice.

You should not even pay invoice at this point IMO on a 08 G37. Way back in Dec 07/Jan 08 there were already some dealers selling G37 at invoice. It's not almost the end of the 08 model yr, the 09 is coming soon. I'd contact Hussain at Infiniti of Fairfield & ask him for $500 below invoice, as he was already selling G37 for invoice about 9 months ago.

Guys,

Thanks for your input. I think the market here in the Seattle area is different. According to another user on here, the reason why our local dealers do not discount G37 pricing is due directly to our neighbor to the north, eh Canadians. They are flopping down to WA for the cheaper car. In fact, I do not see very many G37 at all in the Seattle area.

I'm still mowing over this issue. I'm mainly worry about the great financining that will be going away on both the lease and the 0.9% financing. What do you all think? Will rate go up in September?????

Are you saying the tax was built into the 434?
