Could I Get an 08 G37 For This?

Alright guys, here's the deal. My i30t is getting up there and I'm going to be getting a new car soon. I think I'm between two (I know they are different) a G37 Sport or an Accord Coupe with V6/6Speed.

The G is obviously not the cheaper of the 2 options, but is obviously a lot nicer.

Anyways, my question is I know a few of you guys have been saying you have been getting them for 1000-2000 under invoice. Do you think I'd be able to get a G37S with Premium package for about 35k or is that way too low? Now you guys are even saying they have .9% again like they did last year...so it's a pretty tough call.

I have emailed a few of these car salesmen but they all wanna talk and play games instead of just giving me their best price.

$1500-$2000 UNDER INVOICE?!? wow. I have yet to see this on a G37 or.. any Infiniti for that matter. A base G37 for $35k + taxes etc. is possible, maybe even with premium and auto, but I am really not sure about that much under invoice.. I mean Its hard to get a Kia for $2000 Under invoice.

You never know, if I were you I would start by finding all the Infiniti dealers within 100-200 miles from you. Use the web to peruse their inventory and find the car with exactly what your looking for. Send the Internet sales manager an offer... worse he can do is say no. Once the 2009 come out, try again.

Yeah, in one of the posts I was poking around in some people were saying they were making offers at around 1000-2000 under Edmunds invoice amount (that's not the real true invoice amount anyways).

G37S with premium for $35K? If you find one let me know and I'll buy another one and turn it into a track car

That's why I was wondering if my price at the end of 08 was possible...

Why wait till the end of the 08 year? Infiniti is offering 1.9% apr for 60 months now. If you wait, you might get it below invoice but at a higher apr.

Oh no... what I meant by end of year is that it's an end of the year model for 08...

That's what I was implying. End of the 08 model not year. If you wait till the 09 comes out, you'll pay higher apr because the 1.9% ends this month.

I'm sure you can get that price, the sales numbers for our car didn't do well at all, here or Japan, dealerships are loaded with them, the car markets crap right now and have to get them off very soon!

It just makes me sad because I paid pretty much MSRP last year now I see all these good deals =)

E-mail the internet fleet sales people in your local area and tell them exactly what you want to pay, tell them in BOLD no games, no add on's, exactly what you want, if the car has more options than what you want, you don't want them so they can't sucker you into paying more for them (but you will gladly accept them for the price your asking). Be clear in asking are they willing to sell it that price or not. Like it was stated before they can only say yes or no. Good luck, report back soon!
