But I got it figured out ...
he was adding in the 595 bank fee to the cap cost, just didnt tell me. When I stuck that in there, it was almost to the penny same calculations.

$446.46 + Tax if you roll in the 595 acq fee. This is for the 39mo lease.
Don't bother with the 42mo lease, the lease payment isn't low enough to warrant having to lease for another 3 months.
