i leased a G35 before and now i am planning to lease G37 6mt with premium pkg.

Tustin offered me $1000 drive off (1st month payment and license) with $498 a month including tax. 15k miles/year

i was hoping to get it down to $450/month including tax.

Is that a realistic goal?

Pay your bank fee upfront in your driveoffs instead of rolling into the cap (what they're doing now), you can get closer to your payment budget.

Whats the sale price, residual and money factor being used?
Don't play the monthly payment game.
Do what DaveISM says, pay your fees upfront then you'll be able to bring down the payment down some what. Personally I find $498 a bit high for just having the Premium package. T
