you take the sale price + residual and multiply by the money factor. At 5%, the money factor is .00208. That will give you the finance charge for your vehicle.

Concurred. It's probably with US Bank or Chase, both of which are higher in the acquisition fee, typically a little more in the MF however a better residual percent can get you a better payment, however there is a disposition fee with both of those banks at the end of the lease; not with IFS.
In most cases, even though you're attracted to a lower payment with a non-IFS bank, you'll actually end up paying more in the end due to the additional fees.
