is that a good or atleast decent deal?

Something is a little off... $619 X 60 = $37140 plus your $8000 down is a total of $45140...
According to the auto payment calculator on Bankrate.com $31000 ($39000 - $8000 down) at 2.9% over 60 months should be around $555 per month.
They stuck about $4000 in there somewhere... Even if you figure in taxes you still have about $2000 unaccounted for....
Unless my math is off or we are missing some info...

 

seems about right...taxes and lic/smog abate come to about $3400. The interest is calculated from the out the door price which includes taxes and lic. I bought mine at 325 over invoice, with tech package though, put 10,000 down w/ 2.9 apr...and i pay 594/month for 60 months
