Yup, I went there the weekend before I went to Douglas, HORRIBLE service. I don't understand how some sales people think sometimes, he just guaranteed no second visit when it is time for you to pull the trigger.... Selling cars must be easy if you pull that type of ish...

Go to Ronnie at Douglas, I'm so pleased w/ his service I promised I'd shout him out whenever I could.

Just got my G last week at Douglas Infiniti. Had a pretty good experience over there. Have to agree with erock, Ronnie was definitely a great guy to work with.

I went to Lynnes once because that sent me a lease buy-back offer. All they did was waste my time. The sales rep kept going back and forth to his manager disappearing for 15 or 20 minutes each time. I walked out and went to Douglas where I had leased my FX35. They gave me no hassles at all. They got the deal I wanted in no time without all of runaround. They found the G37s I wanted in about a week and one week after that I went back there and picked up a new G35x. They are a top notch dealership. Everyone I have encountered there is a true professional.

I do have to say that the 39 month is a better lease than the 36 AT THE MOMENT.

What I would have done in that situation is this. Bring the 36 month lease which you asked for, as well as a 39 month, and then explain why I would recommend the 39 month lease. More information is better.

At that point, you would of course, have the option to pursue the 36 month you originally wanted, or also consider the 39 month.
