Good deal or no?
Good deal or no?
Hey guys. I ordered a G37 6MT with the premium Pkg, spoiler and splash guards. I am going to lease the car.
My tax rate is 8.375%
This is the deal I got:
Total money out of pocket due at signing $4000
39 month lease
$398 per month. 12K miles per year.
Is this good? Should I go somewhere else?

You really shouldn't put that much down on a lease!
64% seems high for a 39 month residual, you did 10K miles I guess?

Looks fine to me... is this with IFS perhaps?
No, you just drove off with less out of pocket when you got yours.

4k down on a lease???
Why dont people who would like to lower payments take advantage of MSD's if they have the money to put down regardless?
EDIT: Seems like about $2500 down with inceptions totaling to about $4k out of pocket drive off...So I'll edit to say:

Trying to keep my monthly debt low since I'm in the process of buying a home as well.
Why pay now and risk a loss, when you could pay the same amount over time?
