My 08 G35 just got hit by someone yesterday and it got some serious damage. I just started to lease this car last month, should I call the Infiniti finance to terminate my 24 months leasing contract? If it’s fixable, should I fix it since it got some serious damage already? Thanks for your suggestion.

 

Call your insurance company. Call the dealership you had the lease with.

You have GAP insurance with your IFS lease which is going to be of help especially since you just took delivery. Contact your insurance company like any other accident and like Kidcane says, hope that it's a total loss so that your lease is paid for by the insurance and GAP.
