Just Got Emailed from Infiniti Dealer
alofoque,
Any updates? Also, where are you located? I'm in California and think I've negotiated a pretty good lease (using VPP) at $472/month for 39 months on a 6MT with premium and navigation with $1500 down, so your deal makes me second guess that.

I got emailed from another dealership which offered me more realistic numbers but im still waiting for the response of the originial offer. The second dealer gave me 24months with 0 down for 479.

And then in two weeks you'll get a letter in the mail for something else you have to pay.
I've been e-mailed by Pepe Infiniti in White Plains NY. I most likely will I'm be using VPP to get the car, but the dealer does matter to me, I want to be treated like they actually care about my business. I'm also gonna be contacting Infiniti of Manhattan (they e-mailed me for the G35 Coupe in February but I left the country for a while), Park Ave Infiniti and Infiniti of Manhasset (I went to college near the area plus kenny seems to be a cool guy.)
I'm 23 and while I go for my road test in 2 weeks, I've been driving vehicles bought for me by my father and my ex-girlfriends since I was 16, I just never went about getting my license until now b/c I never had to put it in my name. This will be my 2nd rear wheel drive car.
Has anybody worked with these dealerships and what has been your opinion about them?
I would prefer to finance as I would like to put my own touch on the car (Volk GT-V , HKS Exhaust, Top Secret Lip) but seeing as financing might be 500 and up, it may be a bit tough depending on how flexible the dealership is. Since this is the first car I will buy on my own, any suggestions on how I go about it? I will be honest, the down payment isn't the issue for me so much as finding a dealership that is willing to work with me as I'm in the works of passing the blasted road test (not the easiest thing to do in nyc but I'm confident) and while it may take me up to a month to wrap it up, I have many friends looking into buying a car so maybe that matters..ok, I'm blabbering...your opinions would be appreciated..thanks guyz!

Hmm I doubt that, 7 years is a long time to "get away with" something like that. I'm guessing his dad/gf were riding shotty while he had his permit.. Or I'm hoping soo. Although living in South Florida this is as common as day and night.
I was in the military for 2 of those years, I've only been stopped once, and I was speeding to get my g/f to the hospital as she had a allergic reaction. Living here in nyc, I've learned to adapt to my surrondings without standing out. My father taught me how to drive @ 13 b/c he wanted me to learn from a young age (and also to get the groceries without him getting off his bed) so I pick my spots on where to have fun. But now I'm 23, working for a good company and would like to reward myself for my hard work (plus I'm tired of paying $25 a day for cabs to get to work and the subway sucks!)...anywayz, enough thread jacking! lol...Anybody have any suggestions for my situation?
ooo..and sorry to the guyz who have it here...but I want a Athens Blue Journey (I'm tired of MT, the only thing that satisfied was my old Supra and I'm more then happy with paddle shifting...)
