Best deal anyone has done when ordering???

I'm just about ready to start contacting the dealers around me for pricing on an ordered G37, and would love to hear what kind of deals you were able to work out when ordering.
Obviously its better to purchase one off the lot, but I'm going to use this as a summer car, and the only Amethyst Graphite/Graphite with Sport, Premium, Nav, Spoiler, and Splashguards on the east coast is in VA. (I'm in MA.)
And besides, it probably has the front plate bracket installed!

Yeah, I hear ya on this one, I'm in Delaware here and I don't see any nearby inventory with a Liquid Platinum in stock. I'm wondering how long it takes to get them in after ordering too.

I ordered my fully loaded G37S (all options and accessories) on November 13th for $42,219. MSRP was $45,345. They said that it would take up to 90 days to get it in.

I ordered mine on November 7 and it should be here sometime late December (it was ordered already, enroute to the USA). I ordered a Journey Sport, Premium, Nav, Tech, 4WAS, Trunk Mat, Lighted Kickplates, Ambient Lighting, Winter wheels and tires, Wheel locks, Cargo Net, Splash Guards, TPMS on Winter wheels, clear bra and tint. MSRP was 49,856 and I'm getting it for 43,200.

Wow that's a long list. Did it come with lunch too?
Good deal...

Can some of you guys please post which dealer and who to speak to?

My local guy offered only $1000 off MSRP maximum if I order it.

I ordered on 9/21 and it was told mid December but arrived 11/16 - I got lucky. MSRP was about $44,300 and I got it for $41,600; $2000 over invoice. I'm certain you can do better now though, perhaps $500 over invoice.

If it's important to you, be sure to tell the salesman to ensure that he catches it coming off the truck and stops the prep guys from drilling your front bumper for the plate. Apparently it's one of the first things many dealerships do in states that require a front plate.

question..

When you order the car and if you're doing financing, do you start paying then or when the car arrives?

I'd like to know because I don't want to miss the low rates..though I know they'll still be low next year. I just want to secure it.

The only things you need to do when ordering is to come to an agreement on price (You should be good there ), and give a deposit.
All the lease/loan stuff happens when the car arrives.
You will also be able to take advantage of any cash back or financing deals that are in effect when when you take delivery, but not when you order.

You give the dealership a down payment when you order the car and start the regular montly payments when you take delivery of the car.

Thanks!

Well, it *is* a winter event, so here's hoping Infiniti knows what season it is in 90 days.

If not, it might be a deal-breaker.

Thats where BMW is really good, you can either have the rate when you order or the rate when you pick it up.
