In both those cases I probably could have done just as well on my own by was tired of the nausea of having to visit a bunch of dealers. The best strategy is to know what you want, have your research done in terms of pricing, and be prepared to get up and leave if things are not going your way.

Purchasing at invoice or $500 over doesn't seem all that far from the future according to current posts.

So riddle me this then. What did any of you pay for... (please list option 1, or option 2 before you post the price)

OPTION 1

Sport 6MT, Premium, Navi, (list other little things if necessary)

OPTION 2

Journey, Sport, Premium, Navi (list other little things if necessary)

I got 875 off sticker plus some free splash guards for option #2 (so actually 1075 off sticker)

So sticker is w/ or w/o markup, and MSRP is... What the dealer pays? Or what we pay? And is this w/ markup or w/o markup

MSRP = Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price, also known as "list price." As other poster said, this is the same as "sticker price" if no additional options (and costs) have been added by the dealership. If the latter have been added, then they will be added to the "sticker price," making it higher than MSRP. "Invoice" is what the dealership typically pays for the car, although there can be adjustments such as "hold backs" that reduce dealer cost below invoice when the manufacturer wants to move more product.

That VIN etching is dealer added, not Infiniti.

Yeah, and from my reading, they even have Factory to Dealer incentives. I'm telling you, www.CarBuyingTips.com has helped me out soooo much. I recommend anyone in my position of being clueless and interested in purchasing or leasing a new vehicle of any sorts, visit that site.

You know I didn't even wait a week for the fully loaded Benz GL450 to come out and that was in high demand and I offered them invoice and walked out that day with a signed contract of $500 above invoice.

I don't get why this is any different. More so, most of us seekig this information are or will be repeat customers of our respective dealerships and the G35/G37 model. What gives? Infiniti is not keeping up their brand loyalty even though they know or are hopefully realizing our brand commitment!

There are Factory to Customer incentives on some vehicles from Infiniti that require you being a past Infiniti owner/purchaser. And there's even Factory to Dealer incentives

Do you know the details of these incentives for the G37? My father is leasing an M45 from the dealership I went to, and the deal they were offering me was a bit high. Im trying to round up all the information I can get when I go back there in 2 weeks.

What year of M45, I'll tell you now what they offer, And as for the G37, there is nothing being offered as of now.

EDIT: They aren't offering anything all together for the M series as well. Tell you what I'll do, Hit me up tonight on one of my messengers seen below my user name <<<<< and I'll help you figure out more or less what your dad SHOULD be paying for that M45, considering it's at the dealer

Im not sure what hes paying, he currently is leasing a 2007, fully loaded. Im figuring they would give me some type of deal for my G37. The numbers werent too great, especially considering the current business we are giving them. Im hoping over the next two weeks, and with the fed interest cut, I might get a slightly better deal next time I go in..but I want to go in with as much information as possible. No aim at work, but ill hit u up tonight..otherwise you can write me back on here. Thanks for the help!
