I wonder if it was on your car since new. I am worried that if I got one for my car with new paint it would be a different shade than my 7 year old paint.
I was looking through the thread and realized that I now have an answer to this. I met the previous owner of my car after one of his friends found me at a car show and informed me the owner was looking for me and saw me around town.
He paid the dealer $400 for it. So it was definitely put on many years into ownership. I think there is a slight difference. I don't think they really color matched it. I didn't really notice it until I started taking raw photos and playing with the adjustments in Lightroom, though.
I replaced the Magic Grip charger with this stationary clip. I really just want something that holds the phone well and this actually holds it better than either of the chargers I've used with the proclip.
That Magic Grip charger would turn off my steering wheel controls and climate/radio controls unless the phone was on it, and other wonky things, so I returned it and bought this clip.
Could you tell a difference with the SS brake lines?
Nice mods and car
rotors seem great. Haven't done much aggressive stuff for brakes yet. I did do a lot of things at once to the brakes but I noticed that it starts breaking sooner when I press the peddle and braking is more linear.
Same. When my projectors blurred into an unrecognizable blob, I just put some LED bulbs back in and called it a day.
The projectors were fun, but not so much that I wanted to buy a new set every year or two.
Exactly. They came with my car from the previous owner but I didn't have the original assemblies so I bought assemblies with LEDs all ready to go on Amazon. Mine lasted a little over 2 years and I have no idea how long they were installed prior to my ownership.
