Just curious- how well does the color of your chin spoiler match your front bumper? This is a mod I keep thinking about and it looks decent on your car compared to all the other white cars I have seen with it that look odd with the big dark seam where the chin spoiler meets the bumper. I am also not sure how well the paint would match since my bumper has probably faded a bit. I am also worried that the chin spoiler would turn into a snow plow for me in the winter. I see that the paint is worn off of yours in the two points at the front where it may have made contact with packed snow or curbs. Thoughts?

I never noticed an issue with it.. it's funny you mention that because I have looked at it quite a few times and thought "is that stock?" but never really did the research to find out. I don't know exactly what that thing is.

Maybe I'll replace the bumper with another one day. The paint coming off is most likely curbs and other things like that.

I wonder if it was on your car since new. I am worried that if I got one for my car with new paint it would be a different shade than my 7 year old paint.

Understandable but I have no idea. I know original owner was female. Found her name and email but don't remember it. I found all that out on accident looking into the Infiniti butler service thing lol.

I know the owner before me, according to dealer anyway was a mechanic.

On 10/2/2020 the intake was installed...

It's a Stillen Gen3 powder coated in Monterey Blue with Injen filters.

Since I have a 2012, I had the oil pressure checked due to the common galley gasket issue.

25 PSI @ idle
65 PSI @ 2k

I dropped off my front strut bar brackets for powder coating on November 2nd, 2020 and picked them up on November 11th, 2020.

The original Cusco bracket color is darker than this and has little sparkles on it. This new color is Illusion Light Blue, which seemed to be the closest powder coating available to Monterey Blue. I wasn't sure if the paper for color matching just looked darker but now that I have them, they are definitely darker than Monterey Blue.

Not a huge deal, though. And it was only $40 to coat these.

you think there’s noticeable differences from the sedan to coupe model?

I've heard stock coupe is louder than stock sedan. Not sure about these mods.

very true but if you’re going stillen you want to be as close to stock as possible but not loud and obnoxious.
