How's my car coming? Per your question below, you would probably want to invest in a fuel return with a 525 lph pump. I need it with my DW300 / 340 lph pump on stock wiring... I am currently troubleshooting my fuel system and looks like one of my GTR injectors is leaking (PITA). What you'll run into is leaks somewhere eventually. The fuel system is always under pressure (unless there's a leak). There's also known start up issues and possible idle issues if your pressure is to high. I am highly considering getting a return instead of pulling my top end apart again and replacing the GTR injectors... The leak (very slow, 1 hour for the PSI to drop to 0) doesn't impact performance and or impact my AFR. I do like your Kenna Bell boost idea, I may add that to my setup as well for piece of mind. But it wouldn't be replacement for the return.

- Installing a Walbro 525 with a CJM billet hat. Can I run this on the stock fuel system (no return)? If I need more fuel I am going to try a Kenne Bell boost a pump. The boost a pump doubles the output of the pump and ensures there is no voltage drop to the pump. It also has a boost reference and will increase voltage as boost gets higher. If that doesn't work I'll be forced to use the CJM fuel system. I've seen plenty of guys make big power with a boost a pump, don't see why it wouldn't work for this application? If this works I'll have $700ish in the entire fuel system (minus injectors)

Well plans have changed, I decided to buy a 2013 long block with 45k miles. Couldnt pass it up for 600. I'll continue to build the original motor on the side. Picked up a used Borg Warner 66mm turbo for 300, itt will work for the time being. Trying to decided if I should upgrade rod bolts or head bolts before it gets installed
