Small update.

Got the Beluga resonated test pipes today but as some have read in my other thread, I'm building my own resonated high flow cats. I'll just paste what I put in my other thread for everyone to see.

Magnaflow part # 59956 are rated at 200 CPSI, 2.5" in/out and only 8" from tip to tip, plenty of space. 8" is enough to still do its job but being at 200 CPSI it flows very well. Couple these cats with the already welded on o2 extenders and I think I'll be well in the clear of any SES/CEL. Stay tuned.

Small update - Still working with the exhaust shop on the cats, they have a couple ideas but its definitely a go and should all bolt up as expected. I'll post part numbers when I get them.

Received my OEM coupe projectors from retrofitresource.com to replace my broken driver side bright beam. The high beam would get stuck on until I hit a bump or got out and banged on the light, super annoying, not to mention illegal. I'm going to swap over my FX-R clear lenses and spacers and get some before and after pictures of the cutoff.

Are those FX-R lenses the same as the TSX lenses from theretrofitsource? Should be a great upgrade, have fun fine tuning the cutoff, will be time well spent.

Yeah more or less. The TSX-R lenses are a bit thinner on the edge and can cause a slight rattle or shake in the light beam. Some spacers should eliminate that but could cause it to be out of focus depending on the car, it's a trade off. I was leaning towards the TSX-R originally but after seeing the comparison I'm going to pick up the FX-R. The sharpness seems better and there's no bowing at the cut-off like with the TSX. Long story short, super minimal differences and both are drop in options, cant go wrong either way really.

Small update: grabbed some replacement fog blanks to remove the hideous PIAA fogs. I'm still going to upgrade the bumper but this was really bugging me and didn't want to wait any longer.

Also, I got one side done with the FX-R lense swap, looks great. Here's a shot of only the passenger side done from about 75ft away!! I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Had a couple spare hours last night and installed the S-Tech springs. I cant believe how easy springs are on this car, especially the rear, took maybe 10 minutes a side. They look great so far. I'm going to let them settle for a few weeks and probably make a small strut spacer for the rear, I hate the look of a saggy bottom, just not sure how to do it since the rear is literally just sitting in a cup.

Diggin your updates Kris. Those fog blanks add a nice look up front. Wheels & drop are lookinjg good. For the rear lift a member here used these, wrapped on the upper spring to give about 3/8" lift, can't recall the user name though "Quiggs" perhaps?? Energy Suspension #9.6112

Ah great idea! I wasn't thinking outside the box and conjuring up some kind of rubber pad to place between the top cone. I'll look into this. I'd rather lower the front a tad more but that's proving to be difficult without full coils so raising the rear a bit seems to be my best option.
