G37x awd - TT kit

Welcome everyone. The following will showcase my efforts on my journey on having my GTM TT Kit installed on AWD G37xS Sedan.

On to the good stuff…

I bought the car in January of 2013. After my 2009 G37x was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy at Real Auto Dynamics performance shop. Upon receiving my new Car I brought it back to R.A.D to continue on with the installation of the GTM Twin SC Kit that was meant to be installed on my prior car that got water damaged while in there shop in L.I. NY.

After becoming tired with the Twin SCG37x awd - TT kit-img_0587.jpg , I decided to seek real power.

- AAM Oil Pan Spacer.
- BC Coilovers on Custom Swift Springs
- Cusco Spec Strut Bar
- Fast Intentions Exhaust with Resonators
- Fast Intention RTP's
- Ecutek Tune from Visconti
- Hotchkis Sways
- Reverse Mirror Tilt Module
- One Eighty Angel Eye/Halo Rings and Cherry Red Rear Lights.
- Grounding Kit
- Carbon Fiber Rear Diff-user
- Midnight Grille
- 35% Tint
- Goodridge SS Brake Lines
- GTR Brake Fluid
- Illuminated Door Sills
- OEM Interior Accent Lighting Kit
- OEM High Pile Premium Floor Mats
- SPC Rear Camber Arms and Toe Bolts

* I am sure there are other mods I forgot to mention,

Turbo Build List:

- GTM Twin Scroll Turbo Kit (GT 3071 Turbos)

- CJM Stage 0 FRS
- DeatschWerks 300+ LPH In-Tank Fuel Pump & Universal Install Kit
- Z1 34 Row Engine Oil Cooler
- Z1 Motorsport 25 row Trans cooler
- DW 1000cc Injectors
- GFB 3004 G-Force II Electronic Turbo Boost Controller
- Innovate LC-2 and DB Gauge
- Multi Gauges (Boost/A/F/Oil Pressure)
- Custom three pod gauge pillars
- Heat management items (manifold wrap, thermo-tec, inferno heat shield, turbo bag, etc.)

Goals:

- To make over 500+ WHP on a Mustang Dyno
- E85 Install and more ponies
- 400ft-lbs on a Mustang Dyno with the most area under the curve as possible. The key is as much as I can get ensuring reliability.

Special Thanks go to:

  • Shout to PAT and Dave at Level Ten Transmission Shop for building my 7 AT Transmission. Upgraded Torque Convertor, Clutch packages, Valve Body Modification and stall speed adjustment.
  • Kudos to my Installer, Rodney (His reputation speaks for itself throughout the Tri-State Area.) Any one needs work done on the 370z or G37 or any platforms take it to New Hope Auto out in Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn.
  • Also like to give Thanks to Mr. Squeeze (The370z.com) and Lt8Che (GTM Twin 7AT Coupe).

More Pics coming....

Well this is off to a strong start!
Looking forward to seeing this all come together.

What a long twisted road you've been through, hope your new G stays out of harms way in the shop this time.

Moderator can you please remove the above commentaries from "Micafd3s". AS this is a Build thread not a Sale thread.

If you want to ask me a question that doesn't pertain to my built thread then PM. Thx.

By the way Twin SC kit sold.

Injectors connectors

Had a few delays with my built. The Injectors connectors For the DW 1000cc's was touching the Fuel Rail. Therefore I had to obtain another set that is compatible for the G37.

AAM Oil pan Spacer

Prep work.G37x awd - TT kit-img_1699.jpg

I was able to capture the rightful way of setting up the Oil pan spacer. Once done right you won't have any clearance issues.

Final setup of the Oil Pan Spacer.

AWD drive passenger head has to be tapped and so the GTM Aluminum template has to be used to correct measurement when drilling so that the passenger side manifold's goes on effortlessly. G37x awd - TT kit-img_1729.jpg
