Good to hear. Thanks for the info! Maybe I will have to check this stuff out.

As I wait for my new vanity plates to show up I was thinking about ordering a custom plate frame for the back of the car. What do you guys think about these ideas? Or do you think it will be too much reading on the back of my car with the vanity plate and all the trunk badges?

Agreed. Plain black low profile frame is best.

Thanks for the input guys. That's what I was thinking too. Maybe if I just had a normal plate and still had only my Infiniti Fuji on the trunk it would work, but at this point I think it is just too much reading on the back.

Plate frame is a perfect application for carbon.

I am relatively certain I am nearing the end of modifying my car. It is a bittersweet feeling for me as I really enjoy modifying cars and seeing the end result of a very tastefully done sleeper. The car is as comfortable running hot laps on a race track as it is in the daily grind to work or toting my daughter to daycare and even hauling groceries or my bike. It is usually at this point when I finish a car project that I start looking for my next challenge. I have already been doing that for quite some time, but there are a number of good cars that have yet to debut like the new M3, M2, RS3, 400Z, CT4-V Blackwing, STI, etc. This means I will probably keep this car for at least a few more years- unusual for me looking at the list of cars that came before.

That being said, I think this is my favorite summer driving this car. It does everything I ask of it and does it very well. Not having to worry about when the next go fast part will arrive is rather nice. I can just get in and drive and know that I will immensely enjoy the experience every time. With under 50,000 miles, I can certainly continue to enjoy this car for quite some time yet. Here is to many more miles of putting a big grin on my face and I hope you all are enjoying your G's as much as I am mine.

Love the stance and fitment of the wheels. Nothing over the top, it just looks OEM+. Glad you are at 'peace' with the car and don't have your mind on what to do next to it. Cars drive me crazy as I constantly want to improve the slightest things to make the car 'complete'. I guess that's what it means to be obsessed.

Unfortunately with the current world situation the releases of those cars may be slightly delayed. At least it gives us more time to save $$$

Thanks! You are right about the delayed releases. I should have plenty of time to enjoy the car and save up for the next one.

The only rails I found that work with an adjustable seat in a sedan are Bride which take about 2 months to get. You might have better luck with your fixed back seat.

Have you considered the chrome Infiniti license plate frames? It makes the car look a bit classy from the rear, at least for my graphite shadow color. Not sure how it would look on white though. Just don’t get a bedazzled license plate frame like I see the young girls put on their Jettas here!
