Thank you Sir! I really appreciate that.

Since I had to pay extra $$ to have the CBE modified to fit my convertible...I decided to buy used FI CBE to offset the cost. Believe it or not I am actually a frugal person. I know my mods and rate of modding might suggest otherwise. But what I did was buckle down more so than usual in the market so I could afford to take out the profits n spend them on mods rather than rebalance the portfolio and roll the profits into another stock or ETF.

Since I bought used I had to go with the best deal that was available at the time so the resonators are 12". Before this I had thought I wanted 18" res. but after driving it for a few months now I'm glad I went with the 12" CBE resonators.

As for the quality video....I don't own a camera much less a video camera. And I don't know any other way to post pics/videos on here other than using Instagram. I've tried Imageshavk and a couple others that were recommended. After I get my car out of the shop in the next 4-6 days (they found another part that was broken....radiator support) so it's gonna take a few days longer than I thought.

Anyway when my baby is all done I'm planning on getting some professional photos and hopefully a video or 5 done for the car. Until then iPhone videos and IG posts are the best I can do.

I got my final part yesterday! Picked it up from G37Pillow himself. He's a pretty cool/nice guy in person. Pleasure to do biz with and has a killer shop to work out of.

Here's what I got from him....

Absolutely flawless. I'm very happy with them.

No for a condensed update on what mods I'm having done as we speak and which mods will be on the car by the time work is completed.

The IPL in this pic is the one I sold, but hey an IPL bumper is an IPL bumper. I promise it won't be obsidian black when it comes out of the shop.

These are the exterior mods other than the midnight grill (it's not pictured BC the shop is painting the stock grill to appear to be a midnight.)

The new crown jewel of the car. Replacing the Fast intentions LTH's. I still love my FI system tho. Just haven't worn the new off the vsxx yet.

And that's it! The shop had to order an unexpected part so it's going to be a few days longer than expected. They are hoping to have me rolling in my Vert by Monday. Honestly they can take an extra week as long as they don't forget any mods or lord help me scratch/dent or molest my wheels in any way.

Hope everyone is doing well! I'm off to drop off parts!

He's not. They're just no longer his favorite mod.

Ill never part with my LTH's ATG37!!

So while I was dropping these off today I got a little sneak peek of my car. Only had a couple quick seconds so forgive pic quality...John. Jk I still got love for ya Rochester.

I think this was the 3rd or even 4th parts trip I had to take just for this accident. It was humorous at first in the vert. Now it's just a pita.

They put my splash guard on for me.

We did some comparisons on which center caps to go with. The black VS won by a landslide.

And check that little bit of sexy out!! I love that OEM spoiler whew! Nice. It's not finished as you can see from the pic the old antenna is partially still attached. But the guy I've been dealing with had the day off so I couldn't really talk about the car or get close to it. I took those quick pics while I was being led thru the shop to grab my old stock bumper so I could send it to another member. That's all for now. Hope everyone is having a good night.

Best wreck EVER!

Sweet progress for sure, love those black caps on the Volks and just the perfect amount of carbon accents. Bet Monday can't come soon enough.

I'm sure I could. What would I use to glue it back on John?

Assuming you're familiar with debadging techniques, because the lettering is gone... but if not, a hair dryer and some fishing line /done. And then some polishing compound if there's fading and ghosting.

For mounting, use a thick indoor-outdoor mounting tape, found at any hardware store. Not glue. My god, don't use glue.

When cutting and trimming pieces to fit the backside of the badge, a pair of cuticle scissors will actually work better than a razor blade.

I didn't literally mean glue lol. It was just a figure of speech. I should have said "attach" it back on instead. Thank you for the attention to detail onservations. Please keep them coming.

Red did you go to the shop or to Pickett Fitment? I need to swing over and see David, getting ready for another quick burst of mods and adjustments. I may have some time on Saturday if you want to try and cruise. My car is filthy and noisy but....

A cruise sounds great. Yes I went to picket figment but it was only to pickup my side skirts and cf side splitters. The shop wasn't able to finish my car today. They said Tom for sure tho! Here's the car that started my love affair with Infiniti.

And finally I wasn't to post a before shot to preface all the upgrades and after photos I'll be posting Tom sometime. I have a new phone with a working camera so the shots should get much cleaner from now on.

Okay, I wasn't sure. David has done a lot of my work and all my suspension work; Brandon does work at a shop as well but I can't remember where it is. I'll probably have to hit him up soon, I'm going to need some odds and ends painted.

Let me know about Saturday, if it might be a go I'll put my summers on, get an alignment and try to get the CF paddles installed this week instead of Saturday.

Oh so I know I promised the shop would be DONE with my car today. However, they couldn't get the old lug nuts off so the VSXX aren't on yet. And to top it all off the tech they had install the front CF splitter drilled 11 tiny holes too far forward on it. So there are 11 tiny (very difficult to notice) holes in the front splitter. Yes they are going to buy me a new one. Yes I'm going to try to sell the damaged one on the classifieds for a major discount. We will get to that later tho.
