Just looked around for info and price on that CF cover... Chris, if engine bling were a sickness, I only have a mild cold, and you have Ebola.

OMG.

Say, that recessed area for the tower brace... that's for a 370Z. How sure are you that your Cusco brace will line up in the same location?

Trust me John, I am hemorrhaging right now for sure.

I'm 99% sure it will fit yes. Not positive but pretty close. Worst case I'll auction it off I suppose.

And I just bought a "standard" CF cover I was going to run too... On the upside, it matches my oil cap?

Finally got out to do some new runs and data logs. Just sent them out to John V and will be counting the hours until I get them back. Which, I'm sure will be when I have customers in town and am driving a rental car later this week....

Either way though, it's progress and I'll take it.

Sickspeed.com

Install was easy with the bumper off. They're louder than the OEM horns I don't note a tone difference except when I lock the car then it does sound different. Almost a blermp sound and weak tone. I'm not certain if HellaHorns would do the same.

I may try to put the grille in today just in case I go to the meet in Nashville next weekend. We'll see how I feel.

I like the mesh and the Fuji in the middle. Not digging the CF finish, though. That said, I do appreciate that CF components often invoke a different impression in person than in pictures.

However, that giant foreskin under your shift **** is just wrong, and weird. Really, really weird. OMG, Chris.

LMAO that's what it reminds me of!! That's the Redline auto boot... I'm thinking perhaps I should adjust it shorter yes? It was a huge PITA to get on with no hooks or holes in it, it will probably stay that way for now but yeah, too much. A foreskin.... You jerk. You're right though. Too damn funny.

I think the CF looks better in person and I'll be adding a little more CF as I go I think. Maybe. I have another grille I could always try again I suppose.

I like that grill quite a bit, the CF looks proper IMO since it's a trim piece, not overbearing. Also like the shade of the logo, is that a gunmetal shade (always hard to judge by web pics).

Rochester and his phallic referenced shifter/boot comments are a bit disturbing but on point, now you've joined that club w/ me, lol.

Well at least we have a club Brad!

John is on point though. I wish I could argue but.... Not certain how I'll address yet to be honest. I have an email out to Mike but I'm not crazy about the fit of the boot. I could try and snug it up,mthat should circumcise it I hope.
