Keep in mind that you will have to custom order seat rails from BRIDE which takes around 6 weeks. No vendor or even BRIDE USA stocks them because barely anyone changes the seats in the sedan. Also if you do change you will lose memory steering wheel and power mirrors completely.

Well damn, thanks for that insight. I would be pissed if I finished the power folding / blinker / camera mod and then lost it. I have just decided I'll stick with the S seats! Thanks again Tony!

So the Blacks... marketing hype? Or was there something there?

Thank you Brad! I need to circle up with JP to get my lights shipped out and see what can be done, I noticed a spot where the paint is peeling. I do have something in the works, if it all pans out there may be a bit of a change coming we'll see how it goes.

It's hard to tell for certain John, they went on at the same time the m370 did and right before the tune. I didn't think to log any info before and after.

Shame. All it would take is one credible person to say "Hell yeah!"

Aesthecally anyway. It looks like these may be a first series but I'm not certain. The current version on their site seems to have a bit more promoting on them.

Once I get the new plugs in and the tune finished I can swap the filters around to see if butt dyno feels a difference. If I can get the data side by side I'll check the A/F as well to see if there's a noted difference.

As for aesthetics... a new (visible) filter is always an attractive thing. This black filter, IDK, I'm on the fence about it with my Moonlight White paint in the engine bay. But when a manufacturer like R2C says this is bigger-better-latest-greatest, I can't help but think maybe when I replace my 2 year old filters, I'll go black. However, I'm still two years out from replacing the entire air-intake kit with a Takeda set-up. And with my low mileage, it's very likely I'll just keep using these white filters until then.

If you're going to replace with a Takeda I would stick with the filters you have in all honesty. You do have me curious now to be honest, my tuner said DO NOT go with ported throttle bodies so now I'm wondering if that's due to the current air flow. Which then has me wondering if I should try to complete this ram air system I've been working on or just work it a different way.

Wait, the white filters can just be blown out and cleaned too can't they? Could have sworn I read that when I picked up the R2C. (I appreciate you considering me credible, usually I get other adjectives)

Ram air? Are you seriously trying to increase air pressure to your intake? It's going to have to be a closed system, and subsequently re-tuned. And without benefit of an air-tunnel and a team of automotive engineers, whatever you do will be guesswork.

I'm pretty skeptical of these lofty plans, Chris. Are you going to elaborate, or just throw that little bomb out there to see what happens?

I get all nostalgic when I hear that phrase...

I'm just going to throw that little bomb out there I think...

The routing looks doable though you're right, it wouldn't be as engineered as it could be but should result in cold air dumping directly onto the intakes.

However, potential issues with rain exist among others... So it may just be getting cool(er) air into the engine bay but need to figure out how to vent it back out again.

I got the bezel with the wheel actually; both were done by Carbon Fiber Element in NJ.
