Steering Spectrum is short after tie rod end replacement.

Hi. Kind of losing my mind that I can't find anyone else with a similar problem. I replaced my tie rod ends when I replaced by struts and, yes, I could have done a much better job keeping it aligned but this was my first time. Now when I go to turn, I can only turn my steering wheel less that one rotation in each direction. My steering angle has been drastically thrown off.

I was going to take it to a shop to get it realigned, but it is undrivable. The steering angle is just way to short, its like an anti-drift car. How do I lengthen the steering angle? Do I tighten the inner or outer tie rods? Or is the problem something else? My axle nut? Any help would be great! Thanks.
