can anyone identify the problem? start getting some noise from front of car, also getting vibration in pedal when braking.i jacked up the car, and see it's leaking grease/fluid from both sides of the cv boots.also what the hell is that thing sticking out the boot?
That’s not a CV boot, it looks like the car in question is RWD, so it doesn’t have front CV boots, those are steering rack bellows boots, and they’re basically a dust seal to keep crap out of the rack. If the leak is from the boots, the rack is likely leaking at the end seals and needs to be replaced. This will likely have nothing to do with a vibration when braking, or a noise from the front unless it’s a steering pump whine because the fluid level is low, sounds like you have several problems.
Not sure what you mean by “what is sticking out the boot”, all I see is an inner clamp that might appear to be hanging, nothing else.
This is common with Z/Gs and it's a sign of a failing rack seal. Most even under 6 digit mileage see some of this moisture and barely notice it until it starts "cakeing"
To determine the condition of this you'll need to wash the entire underneath of the car and inspect a week later to see it's condition.
If you have never had to add PS fluid then it means this is a slow/progressive leak and the cleaning of it should last for a bit.
I had this same problem in my 120k rack, installed a 75k mile rack that was a bit moist in the ends. 30k miles later with fresh fluid and it sees a bit of m fluid moisture but not enough to be noticed on reservoir fluid level.
You have to go off the fluid level since it's a small system, it will show itself if the leak indeed is a concerning one.
Unless you have a really bad/loose rack the vibration is coming from your warped brakes.

I believe i have the same slow leak? Saw a few drops on the garage floor then nothing. I have not had to add power steering fluid.
I want to monitor it, To fix this it would be a Rack and Pinion Seal Kit? Attached a pic, both side are a little moist. Not affecting driving, handling.
