Possible brake disaster - need comparison(pic)

The last week or so, I've been hearing a rubbing sound coming from my rear passenger side brake. I believe my inner pad on my rear passenger side brake could be worn all the way down because it looks as though the caliper is actually making contact with the rotor and the shim looks like it's getting pushed outward from the other side(notice the outward flex in the pic). Would anyone be able to compare this to their own and tell me how bad this is? Thanks in advance.

It could be, it could also be that the brake hardware has shifted as it's trying to push the pad inwards.

With the condition of how everything looks in the picture, you might need rotors soon. Now might be the time to figure out if you have a budget for rotors and pads or if an upgrade is in your budget.

Either stick your head in there or the camera to get a shot of the inboard pad.
