"Sprong!" noise from front left suspension when hard turn left

Hello, for background, I have BC Racing coilovers and recently installed Hotchkis swaybars on my car, though this problem started before installing the swaybars.

I noticed a few weeks ago during a "fast" left turn, while coming out of the turn I heard a "sprong" noise, almost like a rock hit the suspension spring. I thought maybe indeed, a rock kicked up and hit it. But I noticed it a few more times, on that same left turn, and other times. I then installed the sway bars, and today installed new end links (because a clunking issue arose). The clunking issue was solved by new end links. But tonight, while turning left somewhat fast over a bumpy surface, I heard the "sprong" noise again. It sounds like something hitting the suspension spring, not sure what else would make that noise.

Is there anything I can check? I have new tie rod ends to install, would it possibly be from worn tie rod ends? Everything seems tight, I checked all the bolts on the control arm and I don't notice any weird driving behavior from the car. I want to make sure it is not a symptom of a problem that might turn into a hazard while driving.

Appreciate any ideas you may have.
