question about alignment after new tires

Recently put new tires on my g37xs. Went to 255/45/18 on a 18x9 +45 wheel from stock 225/50/18 on a 18x7.5 +45 wheel. My alignment after the new wheels is posted above. Unfortunately I don’t know what the alignment looked like with my stock wheels. The car drives great, but I’m curious about the right rear camber being off. Thoughts?

Tires didn't affect your alignment.

I understand that. I guess I should have been more specific. What are your thoughts about my stock alignment being out of spec?

How did the front toe change so much? For best tire life, you should get it aligned. Even though some numbers are in spec, they are at extremes (ie, rear toe after).

Did they ballast your car when aligning?

0.4 degrees isn't much difference. Instead of trying to get the right closer to 1 degree negative, have them add more negative to the left to match the right. This car likes negative camber.
