Steering wheel shimmy only when turning between certain speeds

Recently had new Michelin tires installed. The balance and ride feels great. But, I'm getting this very slight wobble in the steering wheel between around 35mph-45mph...ONLY when turning the wheel side to side (changing lanes, etc). The ride is perfect when the steering wheel isn't moving. The tires were Road Force balanced by a very highly reputable shop. Things get even more strange because the last tires did the same thing, but only after having them rebalanced. This might just be a coincidence, but it is kind of annoying. Is it possible I have a slightly bent wheel? Brakes front and rear are brand new and OEM.

If it is a wheel bearing, will it eventually get worse? I ask because I've had this feeling in the steering wheel for about 20k miles, with two different sets of tires. I don't notice any odd noises in terms of squealing, humming, etc. It only happens when I "slalom" the car very gradually like changing lanes back and forth. If anything the car is quieter than ever with this nice tires.
