Are these akebono bbk?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Front-Rear-...97.m4902.l9144

the whole set is so cheap seems like too good to be true. Anyway they have 60 day return policy paid for by the seller so I’m not too worried. Ordered them just a few minutes ago, hopefully they’re the real deal.

Looks like the real deal to me. Let us know how everything looks when you receive them. Nice score if it is what you’re expecting.

I’ll definitely let you guys know ASAP.
Perfect timing for me Since I really need to replace the rotors and pads on my base G37x. Most likely this won’t clear the stock rims, right?

There is a link on here somewhere that you can print and trace onto cardboard or something rigid to check to see if your rims will clear the bbk. I believe it’s also on Z1’s website too. Some stock rims clear but definitely not all of them. Just another excuse to give yourself rims as holiday gift

O.E. 17" will not clear, the barrel rubs the caliper. xS and S 18s will clear.

Problem with the ebay listing is that the photo is quite clearly photoshopped - mirror image of the calipers. Also, the listing text is generic calipers listing. I'd be careful.

They're remanufactured and won't be powder coated like the stocks. But that's OK get them painted a color u like even better. I'd chance them. If it's not as described then return them simple. A guy here bought remanufactured brakes like this search for The post

The eBay listing states that it will only fit the sports model. I’ll let you fellas know as soon I get the parts. Thanks for all the help guys.

it will indeed "fit" the sport only. you'll need to replace the rotors/pads, obviously, but also brake lines AFAIK and wheels to 18+ sport wheels.

i'm curious to what the actual item looks like. /subscribed

Just recently did swap. I have 2012 journey. Have to either modify dust shields, remove them, or replace with the sport model ones. No bracket needed. Rotors need to be upgraded. The brake lines either need the banjo bolt to use your current lines I believe or upgrade the brake lines. Imo this brake upgrade, sway bars, and coilovers have increased my love for my g.
