Hey guys. I have an 09 g37x coupe lowered on bc br coils. The ride is pretty rough so was thinking about getting swift springs. Anyone have experience with them and what brand did u go with? I also don't know how to interpret the spring rate. It says 62.97.255.008 on my springs, does anyone know how to translate that. any help is appreciated guys

 

spring rates on your bc coils should be on bc website or another sellers website.
for rwd standard is 10k fr 8k rr.
im on swift coil springs with my coils and am 12k fr 10rr and its softer more compliant than stock bc springs.

i also had swift lowering springs with stock struts it was a quality setup firm side but i have ipl so stiffer strut.
