Selecting right tire size for 2016 370z sport rims
hello guys!
looks like my search is over for a clean set of 2013+ 370z sport wheels.
I plan to put those on my 2012 g37 sedan. the seller is only selling rims. Now my problem is I want to stay under factory camber spec, without stretched tires.
The rears on 370z sport wheels are 19x10 with offset of 30, which is aggressive for sedans.
I am not going to be slammed, I am at decent height so I can haul 4 adults and pass speed bumps without scraping.
My question is will 265-35-19 tires work? If not, how stretched are 255-35-19?
I hate stretched OR cambered look, my aim is to get fat tires look. Some tire fitment advices please!

Here's a good post showing how 275s will fit, not too bad to be honest https://www.myg37.com/forums/wheels-...ml#post3473283

seems like hes running high negative camber? they do look good though lol..
may be with 265, i can bring up the camber towards more positive :/
need to look at more examples!

I installed 265-35 and 235-40.
I am not really satisfied with the fender gap and my car has gotten lower than i expected lol. It has started scraping some speed bumps and I am a four adult hauler kinda guy, thats going to be an issue (unless i fix it)
even though i have enough gap between fenders, I am rubbing somewhere on harsh bumps. Not sure, may be front offset is too high? I am not running any spacers yet.
Now the next thing is, have someone tried taller sidewall? I am thinking about replacing these tires with 265-40 and 235-45. this will give me some height and i can lower the fender gap. Atleast thats what I am thinking lol.
ideas? suggestions?

in this picture, height looks good but look at the front wheel.<br/>its too far pushed in.
see the rear wheel, its sticking out, but at this time i am not sure whats rubbing on harsh bumps.
I have to double check my alignment specs. on my last alignment i was doing -1.1 rear camber.
May be I can decrease it -1.6 to -1.8.
Ideas?

I think you'll have to add some camber to the rear, or bump down to a smaller tire. My friend is running the same setup but with 245/40 at the rears. It's not as bad as you think, there is barely any stretch.

Here's a pic of his setup. Not sure exactly how much camber he has but I would say around -2

just by looking at picture, i can tell hes running heavy cambered rears.
I know for the fact that i cant have close to -1.5 camber and flushed look.
I am thinking about getting -1.6 camber and let my wheels protrude out a bit.
put 10 or 15mm spacers in front and get used to the new profile of my car lol

With the 265 tires you might have to go up to -2 degrees or more.

Looks like you've got some poke in back but tires appear to be tucking ok. The rubbing you have is probably the felt fender liner, this rubbing should decrease over time as it gets worn away in that area, that's what mine did when I was running 295s, it went away after a couple months and the rubbing just brushed the tire so no scuffing of the sidewall. If you do have any gouges or large scratches on the sidewall then there is something else hitting and that WOULD need to be addressed.

so today I increased my height, re-did swaybars preload and got my alignment done. overall very happy with results. I asked the tech to dial -1.7 camber on both ends.
we made some further adjustment after this state of alignment but rear stayed -1.7.
now i have a problem. my driver side rear side is 1 cm lower than passenger side rear. when i try to increase the height there, left side goes up and right side also goes up lol.. so the difference is still 1 cm. I am not sure whats going on. my sways are not stuck either. any ideas?
