285/30/19
my current rear tires set up is 275/35/19 on 19x10 +40 rims. just wondering if going 285/30/19 would be ok? i'm sure its ok but would like to just double check and also will i need camber kit? thanks
If you haven't dropped your suspension you won't need a camber kit, if you have lowered your suspension you probably will, and you must get it aligned if you have lowered it. If you have 7mm to the inside fender edge w/ your 275s you can go to 285s as long as the new tire doesn't run extra wide. The tread block width should be listed on the tire makers' site.
Oops, glossed over the part where you stated 285/30/19s, I wouldn't recommend that thin sidewall, I'd run 285/35/19s, ride won't be nearly as harsh.
