Ok so I've been looking into the rear camber kit for when I lower my car and TONS of people are using the spc, no doubt a good product, but what if I don't want to enlarge the bolt hole/modify the car? Can the spc rear camber arms be used with the oem bolts or would that lead to trouble? Or is there a brand that doesn't require the bigger hole? Does anyone know about DNA motorsports or AMS? I'm not looking for a lot of adjustment. I just want to fix the camber if a .5" drop does anything so maybe no camber kit at all?! THX for the help!

That said, if you do find something that will drop a 1/2" you should be able to keep your alignment in spec or at least to a reasonable point.
There are options such as toe arms, but this would require running a true coilover rear setup which would eliminate the need for the rear lower control arm (aka spring bucket).
Elongating the toe & camber bolt mounts isn't too hard FWIW, and the rear camber bolt/toe bolt set (4 bolts total) costs about $50.
We'll see my car is already lowered but I think the lowering springs are starting to get to my driver front shock cause every now and then on hard turns it will make a "ding" noise so I was gonna upgrade to coilovers. Right now the front is about as low as any one would want to go so I was actually thinking about raising it a lil, and since its been like this since I got it I think it will be fine without after the coilovers. I know the hole isn't that hard but I don't like doing irreversible things to my car. Y would they even put the bolt in the kit if it doesn't fit? Also, if I get different camber bolts or whatever, I'll have to make the holes bigger then too? If that's the case I'll just drop the rear a hair and keep an eye on my tires
That's a pretty mild Eibach drop but still in the 1.5" range and a rear camber kit would be a good idea. As far as doing something irreversible, as long as the
toe slot is elongated per the template that is included you can still go back to your original bolts if you need to later on. The hole isn't bigger, it's wider and the new bolts are the same thickness, they are just mounted further outside on the sliding washer so you have a wider range of movement, this is what gets your toe in spec. The 2 bolt kit also works for the rear camber arms, this gives the OEM camber arms more adjustment range.
Here's a pic that shows what they do, the camber arm in this pic is an SPC adjustable arm, but the bolt holding it down (to the right of the arm) is what slot you would elongate along w/ the toe slot in the center

As far as that noise in your front shock, your OEM shocks are probably on their way out, so going w/ coilovers or a new set of dampers is probably a good idea, and some coilovers (not all) should have enough adjustment that you could go a bit higher than you are now. The Tein Basis coilovers are a good choice for a mild drop coilover, and they're a good price at about $600.

Thx for the info! Ya I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get the tein flex z coilovers. I found them for around $900 and I don't think u can go wrong with tein. So that 2 bolt kit your talking about, that's to the right of the arm like u said right? I didn't know there was two sets like u have circled! Do you also have to elongate the hole with them? I'm probably just gonna try to get by without the camber kit but maybe some new bolts. Even if they're OEM just cuz mine are a lil rusty lol.

Hmmmm I see. I'm sure its the best route and not that hard but I just cant bring my self to cutting into my car/the hole and don't want our local hick shop to do it either. I mean is there really no other way to adjust it ever so slightly for a lil more drop? Would different bolts help at ALL or no cuz the hole range? If this is the case i might just leave it the height it's at with the coilovers. Money isn't a problem, I just don't wanna grind on my car that's perfectly fine. Someone plz share your secrets!
Oh and also, I'm kind of thinking about doing the work myself cuz the shops around here suck and it looks easy enough. But I need to get a torque wrench and need the lbs for the bolts when I do? Can anyone help me out or should I just take it to the shop?
